School year (the year the test is sat)

Years 3–4 sit AMC Middle Primary; Years 5–6 sit Upper Primary. The Melbourne Grammar test is sat in Year 4 (Year 3 may start early).

Exam

The AMC is expected in the first week of August; entry is through the school. Years 3–4 sit Middle Primary, Years 5–6 Upper Primary.

Target award

Not sure is a fine answer — the results will suggest one. We never promise a result.
